NESVS 52nd Annual Meeting

The NESVS will bring the 2025 annual meeting back to Providence, RI at the Omni Hotel. Providence, known as The Creative Capital, combines the accessibility and friendliness of a small town with the culture and sophistication of a big city. With a thriving arts community, vibrant and diverse neighborhoods, outstanding hotels, a renowned restaurant scene, and so many things to do, Providence is the perfect place to visit.

The 2025 Annual Meeting will take place at the Omni Providence Hotel. Conveniently located in the walkable downtown and connected to Providence Place Mall and Rhode Island Convention Center, The Omni boasts sweeping views of the downtown skyline.

The NESVS has secured discounted room rates for meeting attendees over the dates of the event. $249.00 Single/Double. Be sure to mention the NESVS Annual Meeting when making reservations. The Cut-off Date for the discounted rate is Friday, August 29, 2025. After this date (of if the room block if full) NESVS cannot guarantee availability.

Annual Meeting Scholarship Program
Available to Medical Students and General Surgery Residence attending an accredited program in one of the sic New England States. Fellows are not eligible.

Applications will be available June 1, 2025.
